 USP - Unique selling point - the aspects of a product that makes it standout from its competitors.

UGC - User generated content - content made by prosumers 

Folksonomy - sharing ideas across an online social community 

Social media metrics/measurements - analysis of the number of people accessing posts, it's important to look at how many people looked at the content you put out when creating a social media marketing campaign. 

Involvement with a big company or celebrity creates push out for your campaign.

Social media aggregation - maximise the message you are sending by putting what you want to upload on multiple platforms and channels. 

Social media sales funnel - 

Awarness- Atracting new people who are currently unaware of your brand 

Consideration - Stand out to competition 

Action- Comppeling your audience to take action and make continent or purchase something

Engagment - keeping engagement with audience 

Advocacy- Building enough trust with your audience
